Terms of Service

These terms apply to imagesvideo at wandeo.org. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact support@wandeo.org with questions. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and the images, prompts and other content you submit. Upload only content you own or are permitted to use. Do not submit unlawful material, exploitative or non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material, or content intended to impersonate, defraud, harass or infringe another person’s rights. Do not evade access controls or create accounts to abuse free credits.

You retain whatever rights you have in your inputs. You give imagesvideo and the providers needed to operate the service permission to store, process and transmit those inputs to fulfill your generation requests and maintain your library. Using the service does not automatically grant rights to a person’s likeness, a trademark or third-party material.

AI results and permitted use

AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for your purpose, and may resemble other content. Review every result before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, commercial clearance or a particular creative result.

Generation uses fal.ai and the model you select. Applicable provider terms also govern the service and outputs. Review fal.ai’s terms and the provider information on the H3 Max Turbo, H3 Max reference and Seedance 2.0 Mini model pages before commercial use. imagesvideo adds no watermark during storage or download; marks present in model output are preserved.

Free credits

New accounts receive 30 welcome credits once. These credits do not refresh or expire while the account remains active. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and are lost when you delete your account. The current version does not sell credits or subscriptions.

The creator shows the credit cost before you submit a generation. We reserve that amount when the task starts. A confirmed generation failure returns the reserved credits. A delayed or uncertain provider response remains under reconciliation, rather than triggering an automatic second generation. Saving an already-generated video again does not require more credits. Deleting a completed video does not return its credits. Future pricing changes apply to future requests, not a generation already submitted at an accepted price.

Your library

Your work is private by default. You may download or delete completed videos and access their source images. We retain successful works while your account and the service remain active, subject to deletion, misuse, legal requirements and the storage terms in our Privacy Policy. Keep independent copies of work that matters to you.

If we plan to discontinue the service or materially shorten long-term storage, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and an opportunity to download your work. Temporary unused uploads may be cleaned up after 24 hours. An account deletion cannot be undone.

Availability and changes

This is an early version of the service. Generation availability, speed and outputs depend on external providers. We may interrupt access for maintenance, security, legal requirements or abuse investigation. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every request will succeed. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these terms as the service changes and will publish the revised date here. Material changes affecting existing library retention will follow the notice approach described above.
