Image to video questions

Contact support

Is this AI image to video generator free?+

New accounts get 30 welcome credits, with no credit card required. That covers up to three H3 Max Turbo videos at 5 seconds and 480p. Multiple references and Seedance use more credits. You see the cost before you confirm. The credits are added once and do not expire or refresh.

Can I turn several images into one video?+

Yes. The AI images to video generator accepts up to nine still JPEG, PNG or WebP images. Multiple images are used as visual references for one video. You can also select a first and last frame. Reference images and selected frames cannot be combined in the same generation.

Do I need a prompt to turn an image into a video?+

Yes. Describe the movement you want, such as a slow camera pan or ripples on water. You can include sounds in the prompt too. A prompt is required for every generation, including when you use multiple references. You do not need to tag each reference image.

How long are the videos, and what is the resolution?+

The AI image to video generator supports 5, 10 or 15 seconds per clip. H3 supports 480p, 768p and 1080p; Seedance supports 480p and 720p. For the aspect ratio, choose Auto, 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1. You can review how your input images will be cropped before generating.

Can I turn an image into a video with sound?+

Audio generation is enabled. Describe the sounds you want in your prompt; the result depends on the model and your instructions. You can mute the video or adjust the playback volume. Separate audio uploads and soundtrack editing are not available.

How many credits does image to video generation cost?+

At 5 seconds and 480p, H3 Max Turbo uses 10 credits for a single image or selected frames. Multiple references use H3 Max, starting at 20 credits, with an extra charge for larger input images. Seedance 2.0 Mini starts at 30 credits. Longer videos and higher resolutions use more credits. The amount you confirm before generating is locked for that video.

What happens if a generation fails?+

When a generation is confirmed to have failed, the reserved credits are returned automatically. If the model provider is slow to respond, we keep checking the same task. If the finished video cannot be saved immediately, we retry saving it at no extra credit cost.

Will imagesvideo add a watermark?+

imagesvideo saves and downloads the original model output without adding a watermark. Any marks already produced by the model remain in the video.

Are my pictures and videos private? How long are they saved?+

Your library is private to your account. Finished videos and their source images are kept while your account and the service remain active, unless you delete them. Unused temporary uploads can be removed after 24 hours. Running out of credits does not remove access to your saved work.

Can I use my videos commercially?+

Commercial use depends on the rights to your images, the generated content and the model provider's terms. Only upload material you have permission to use. The provider terms are linked in our Terms of Service; check them before using a video commercially.
