Privacy Policy

This policy explains how imagesvideo at wandeo.org handles information when you use the service. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@wandeo.org.

Information we use

When you sign in with Google, we receive account information such as your email address, name and profile picture, and store the information needed to maintain your session. We store uploaded images, prepared input copies, prompts, generation settings, videos, task status and credit transactions to provide the service.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical logs, IP addresses and request metadata for security and operation. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information or images of people without the rights and permissions needed for your intended use.

How generation works

Your prompt and prepared images are sent to fal.ai and the selected model service to generate a video. Time-limited access links allow the generation provider to retrieve the input images. Cloudflare R2 stores media, and Supabase PostgreSQL stores account and task records. Google provides sign-in.

These providers process information under their own applicable terms and policies, and processing may occur outside your country. See fal.ai’s privacy policy, Supabase’s privacy policy, Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Provider retention and use of submitted content are governed by their applicable arrangements; imagesvideo cannot promise that a provider applies a universal zero-retention policy.

Private libraries

Your library is private by default. Other account holders cannot browse or download your assets through the service. We do not automatically publish your images or videos in a public gallery. Authorized infrastructure and model providers necessarily process the data used to operate the service.

Storage and deletion

Successful videos and their original images are retained while your account and the service remain active, unless you delete them. Running out of credits does not remove your library. Unused temporary uploads become eligible for cleanup after 24 hours.

Deleting a finished work removes access to that work and marks images no longer used by another work for deletion. Account deletion removes account access and marks all associated assets for deletion. Physical removal from storage is handled separately and may be delayed; infrastructure backups and provider-held copies may follow separate retention schedules. If we plan to end the service or materially shorten long-term library retention, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice and an opportunity to download your work.

Cookies and local drafts

We use authentication cookies for sign-in and browser storage to preserve your creation draft, including selected images, on your device. Sign-out clears the saved creation draft. You can also clear site data in your browser. The MVP does not enable advertising, session replay or optional marketing analytics.

Your choices

You can download your videos and original images, delete individual finished works, or delete your account from the account menu. Contact us to request access, correction or other handling of personal information, including where these controls do not address your request. Rights and response requirements may depend on where you live.

Age and changes

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We may update this policy and will update the date above when we do.
